Up volume, flash not working on replacement iPhone 6

I had my iPhone 6 glass replaced at a shop in the city (wasn't an authorised Apple retailer), and now my "up" volume button and "flashlight/camera-flash" don't work.

I'm just wondering what they've done and how they should fix it?

So sad. My phone is only a few months old.

They did shoddy work. Take it to an authorized Apple retailer for repair. It's best to stick with them because repairs will be done correctly and won't void the warranty.

changing only the glass shouldn't cause any damage on the other parts at all, unless if the problem caused your glass broken damaged those parts, or they did a shoddy work
