I thought the "Use Cellular Data" settings was supposed to limit the use of cellular data for various components like music.
I have the music setting off but it still allowed listening to iTunes Radio over the LTE connection. I expected that it would tell me that I need to change the setting for it to work. That's the way it annoyingly works for Notes.
Fortunately I didn't go over my data plan limit.
I think this is a bug.

LTE switch should be toggled off after you turn the "Use Cellular Data" off.

LTE is cellular data so it should not be possible to use LTE when you've turned off cellular data.

Also, Verizon told me they don't count data used while on wifi against your data plan amount. Such as when cellular is turned off but still shows data usage. So you might check with your carrier on that.
