Voice control on iPhone 4?

It does not recognize hardly any commands....I say: call Lynne. it says playing rolling Stones?

Siri is only available on iPhone4s right? Is it also possible on the iPhone 4 ? I got curious after reading this post ...

The OP is referring to the voice comands on the iPhone 4, not Siri on the 4S. iPhone 4 does not support Siri....yet!

I know exactly what you are talking about thats the reason I never use it on my iPhone 4! The same thing happens to me, I can say call my wifes name and it will start calling someone else! Same with the songs it never plays what you say! I never use it now due to it is useless to me.

Maybe rename your wife's contact name to the one it wants to dial when you say her real name? HAHAHAA

When I have had problems with Voice Controel recognizing certain names I go into their contact, at the bottom of the page click Add a Field and give them a simple "Nickname" that Voice Control can recognize. Then you can use that nickname when trying to voice dial.
