VoiceMail Password HELP PLEASE!

ok so i was updating/restoring my dads iPhone and like since then it keeps asking for the password for voicemail but my dad said he didn't set one so how do u re set a voicemail password?

If he was an existing att customer its the password from his old account. It happens to me everytime i restore. It seems they take off visual voicemail but once you get the password correct it will go away.

Try to go into your voicemail settings and set up a voicemail. Then go into password options and turn it off. It may take a while but eventually will go away I think. If not call Apple.

Realize there are 9 objects taken 4 at a time. Therefore there are 9,000 different passwords that can be used for the voicemail..feel free to try each one

Btw, try last 4 digits of phone number or account number

You must have forgotten zero. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Try 0000 or the last 4 of SS# or last 4 of the iPhone's telephone number.

I had the same problem and still do. I made a password at that point, then when the prompt came up I entered it. It has happened since but seems to be fine when I enter the password now.
