Same boat here. Going on 3 hours and I am existing customer. Cut my old phone off in 5 minutes....I am also in the southeast
Me too. It has been a total of four hours since I started the activation process, I got the e-mail saying it would take additional time to complete about 2 hours ago, and I am still waiting.
After hours and hours waiting for this thing I am in complete limbo. My AT&T service has been shut off for over 2 hours!
