We are currently in the process of looking for iPhone and/or iPad bloggers. There are paid and volunteer positions available. Obviously, experience is a big factor for those applying for paid positions. These are all part-time positions.

Our immediate need is for individuals who have an interest in writing guides, reviews and editorials. We need candidates who are open to a flexible schedule that at times will require writing and publishing at all hours of the day as dictated by the news cycle.

All positions do require some writing experience and require you submit a sample of your writing.

    Tasks and responsibilities
    • Write a minimum 1 to 2 posts per week (100-300 words minimum for news items and 800-1,000 words minimum for guides, reviews, and editorials).
    • Coordinate as needed with editors/other writers to ensure coverage of breaking news and other topics
    • Take and/or edit photos as needed to supplement posts
    • Interact with readers via social media networks and our forums in a professional manner to answer questions, build awareness of our content, etc.

    Desired/optional skills and knowledge

    • Experience with Wordpress is a plus but is not required
    • Experience with any photo editing application
    • Experience creating and uploading videos to YouTube, Vimeo, etc. is a plus
    • An engaging personality/voice that comes through in your writing

If you are interested, please fill out this short application.

    http://www.everythingicafe.com/apply/

Please note that you will be asked to include samples of your work in the form of either a .txt, .doc or links to where you've written on the web. Applications that do not include writing samples will not be considered.

Due to the volume of applications I've already received , please do not PM me regarding these positions. If your application is a good fit, we'll reach out to you.

Volunteer positions are also a great way to gain experience, which could result in a paid position.
