How did you know I put butter in mine? Oh right... probably Facebook...I made my own chopped meat for burgers last year. All sorts of crazy ingredients. None of which were butter.
Ya know, I completely forgot the capers once again. Seems acidic enough without briney capers though.I love picatta dishes. My favorite is salmon picatta. Simply substitute a fillet of salmon for the chicken. I also like to sprinkle a generous amount of capers on top, after plating.
