OK, I have a question on what "jailbroken" means on an iPhone? Please explain.

When you 'hack' the software, voiding all warrinity but allowing you access to thousands of apps like video recording and custon themes etc. Risky though.

I see, thanks! So if one would purchase an iPhone v1 on Ebay, would a "jailbroken" or a non-"jailbroken" phone be better?

I see. Much appreciated!
If you are replying to me, disreguard. Actually what I was refering to is unlocked phones, not jailbroke. A jailbroke phone gives you assess to tons of free apps similar to what is in the App Store.

For everyone who feels they must be thanked every time they are helpful to someone, keep in mind that the person has to have a minimum of 25 post to have a "Thanks" button.
This is about the fifth time I have seen this today alone.

Where the heck is the "thanks" button?
When you get to 25 post, you will see a "Thanks" button at each post. When you feel someone has been helpful to you or has posted something very helpful, it is customary to give that person a Thanks. You will see each person has a given thanks total as well as a received thanks total.
