Good table. Roughly translated,

all of them work on GSM/EDGE

all of them work on most of the world's 3G (including AT&T "fauxG")

all of them work on T-Mobile USA's re-farmed 3G/"fauxG" (1900 MHz) - they will fall back to GSM/EDGE on the old T-Mobile AWS towers (1700/2100)

A1428 also works on AT&T LTE
A1429 also works on CDMA, and Sprint or Verizon LTE, and some of the LTE in the rest of the world

So if I bought iPhone 5 on AT&T and later want to go with Verizon, will my AT&T iPhone 5 work on Verizon LTE?

Nope. It will not work on Verizon at all, because Verizon uses CDMA and a different band of LTE that don't exist on the model that works with AT&T LTE. You would need to buy the Verizon LTE version (A1429) to get any Verizon service at all.
