Where do I find purchased songs on iPhone?

Like my title?<G>

Usually when I buy a song from iTunes I buy it from my computer and sync it to the phone. Today I bought one from my iPhone; selected 'buy now' and entered my password. But I can't find the song.

I thought maybe it didn't load, so I tried again, and got the bubble that said I already bought it and asked if I wanted to again. So it must be there somewhere. Doesn't show up in any search of my music on the phone- artist, song title, or album.

How can I find it and play it?

All the songs in the purchased playlist are ones I've purchased on my phone.

Yeah, mine looks the same, including 188 songs in my 'Purchased' file; but not the new one...

Didn't think of that. Just tried it though, still didn't show up.
Sure you aren't missing it. Sometimes songs are tilted weirder or different than what I expected and it takes me a while to find it. Did you search the phone for it?

I did search every way I could think of. I searched title "All of the Lights", artist Kanye West, 'Songs', 'Purchased', and other playlists. I'm stumped. Or stupid...

Hmm... doubt it. We're talking about 9 hours now.

Not even! My son says it'll make me cool!
LOL!

Not sure where your song at, but have you looked on the computer to see if it ended up there? It should be there if you have automatic downloads enabled.

If all else fails then that means Kanye doesn't need any more money and you should get the song via other means. =)

Sent from my alphanumeric pager. Problem?

No, it might be in the computer. My iTunes account is on the computer at our weekend house, so I won't be checking it till Sat. afternoon or Sunday.

UPDATE: Never found the song on the phone; although it showed as 'already purchased'. Opened iTunes when I got to that computer; turned out I somehow bought the ringtone instead of the song:confused:. So I bought the song this time, synced the phone, and all was cool. So now I've got the song I wanted, and a ringtone I'll never use <G> (Yeah, I could ask for a refund for the ringtone, but that's a hassle that's not high on my list at present).

So, I know how to read; been using iTunes for a few years; and bought several songs, and zero ringtones; yet I have no idea how I ended up with a ringtone
Guess hereforth I'll be hesitant to buy from the phone, and just wait till I can get on my computer.

Thanks all for your input!

When browsing the iTunes store on the phone, you can tell the difference between songs and ringtones by the presense of a bell icon just to the left of the purchase button. If there is a bell icon, it's a ringtone. If not, it's the whole song.

I have noticed that when using iTunes on the phone it does tend to give you ringtone results first when searching for something.
