Make sure it at least has a 1 year warranty like it should. Oh and by the way all of the Otterbox defender cases in my area are $50. :)

I have an Otterbox Commuter series case. I had a Defender which I loved, but I couldn't slide it in an outa my purse. With the Commuter series, I get the protection plus less bulk. I have the purple and white one. It really compliments my white iPhone 4

I tried to impress Claudia Rayburn in high school. Told her our family ride was old, but it had a recent vintage engine. She said, I would prefer an old engine In a new car.

So here is my upgrade for the year. I see no reason to spring for a thousand dollar iPhone this year, so I just covered my 6 Plus with a shiny new case from CSA for $2.00 from the clearance table.

I've been using an Otterbox Defender since my first iPhone. The only time I remove the phone is to clean the case and phone once a month or so, or if I attend a formal social function I will take the phone without the case on it.

How do you properly clean your case to get rid of the dirt? I have officially thrown away my cheap cases and or cases I received to test, as A: They are difficult to take off, and B: They get dirt under the case easily and on the iPhone screen. Now I am just using one of those rubber black back cases that you can then slip into a belt loop case thing. I don't know the name of it, but yeah now no worry about my OCD and seeing dirt on my screen, as my iPhone only has a back case on it now.

Every three to four weeks I take the case (Otterbox Defender) off of my phone and wash the case in warm water and dish soap and a soft brush then let it air dry. I'll wash the case just before bedtime so it's dry when I wake up and ready to go. Just before putting the phone back into the case, I wipe it off with an old cloth diaper after breathing on the phone a bit to put some moisture on it.

I've been using the Otterbox Commuter on my 6s Plus since September 25th. I have yet to remove it. I also have an Apple black leather case I might try some day.

I just received my Silk iPhone 7 Plus Gunmetal Gray Case. It's not slippery at all! A little thing I will do for now.

I'm switching between three Apple silicone cases (bright blue, dark blue, and red) and two Apple leather cases (saddle brown and black). I like the grip of the silicone cases but I love the style of the leather ones.
