Which GB model do you think they'll come back with the iPhone 5

Will it be the 16GB and 32GB or maybe bring back the 64gb? If it's all 3 models I'll take 16Gb since I don't use much of any app's or music. Mostly I have is some games, Navigon, ringtones, and some photography app's.

16,32,64. If the iPhone 5 is worth getting, 32Gb will be fine for me...it's what I have currently.

I'll be surprised if they increase the memory size, 16Gb and 32Gb are fine for me. I'll definitely be getting the 32Gb version -16Gb just isn't enough for all my silly apps and Spice Girl songs.

I'm fine with 32GB. I never fill it up. I use 20GB max. More than enough for all my WHAM! ;)

I made the mistake of getting the 16Gb iPhone 4 when it was first released. They didn't have any 32Gb models left and I wasn't patient enough to wait a week for more stock to come in.

Don't get me wrong if a 64Gb version is released, I may just be tempted to jump on it and port all my N Sync tunes to it :)

Given the move to cloud and capability to remove songs/get new ones on the go from your cloud library, i would not be surprised if they stick with 16 and 32. However if there is a 64GB model - im there!

If they release the 64GB at the price of the 32GB and leave out the 16GB I will get the 64GB. For resale value and all that. Plus I can get all my Banannarama on there too then ;)
