Wi-Fi Issues on iPhone 5

I am having wi-fi issues with my new iPhone 5. As of last night, my wi-fi at home was working great on my iPhone, however, now here at work, it will load the wifi, give me the checkmark and get the little Wi-Fi bar next to "AT&T". It will work for a few minutes and then it will shut off and go back to "LTE". Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone find a way to resolve it?

This should help. Also you may try signing out of Icloud and signing back in. That fixed my problem

Unfortunately again it worked for a few minutes and then back to 4G/LTE. It won't even let me go back on the wifi network. Haven't tried the iCloud thing. How do I sign out of iCloud? Do I go to Settings -> iCloud -> Delete Account or what? I hope its not a hardware issue.
