I know. I want you to pay attention to me when we're talking, so I'm throttling your WiFi. ;)

Seriously, though, test it on someone else's phone on your network and see if it happens to them as well. If so, maybe it's your network or router. If not, maybe it's a problem with your phone.

Just tested mine and no difference in speed either.
Test it on a different network. If it's just your phone, you might have a power problem to the communications card.

I just tested mine, same. Your very lucky. I get 1.56Mbps while not on a call. So 13-15 is very good!

Mac, you're supposed to test Wifi speeds while on a call. if your wifi is slower than a regular AT&T data connection... That's really bad.
