Bought an iPhone yesterday, and i'm STILL waiting for it to be activated. This is pissing me off. I already was an AT&T Customer, so I don't know what the problem is. Now, I hear people saying if I replace the sim card on the iPhone, it should activate quicker. Can I place my Samsung Blackjack Sim card into my iPhone and try activating it? I'm afraid I might get billed twice if both sim cards are activated.

You have to use a brand new SIM card.

Ask your local AT&T store for one.

Tell them that AT&T Customer Service yesterday told you to go get a new one from a local store.

Worked like a charm.
