Hello all! First post on here so I hope somebody can help.

I'm getting an ipod touch 16Gb from the States. Will I encounter and difficulties using it in the UK?

Thanks Guys.

I can't go by hard data, but I can't imagine why. There's no telecom to deal with, no activation to worry about. The UK Apple Store sells it, so I'm sure the WiFi iTMS will work. Go for it!

Cool, thanks. I'm just wary as I don't want to end up with a useless toy and an empty wallet.

One other thing, btw. If you're going to a physical store, you could always ask a sales rep. If they seem uncertain, ask a genius.

Cheers,

My other half is hoping to pick one up at the airport on her way back home tomorrow. She's even less clued up than I. Hence the questions and anxiety.:)
