So while i will pretend i know everything i indeed do not.:)
I am looking to get a new wireless router because mine gave up on me.
I have the opportunity to get a Netgear range max duo. it is a 'n' router. WNDR3300
While i have gone on line and looked at the specs and did some reading some of it is still in greek to me. I live in a condo. There would be my iPhone and ipad (rarley at the same time) using the wireless. I currently have cable internet through a modem that is what my pc is hooked up to. At no point will i ever be farther than 35 feet from the router (small condo).
Will this suffice? Is it too much of a router or to less? I will be paying about 70 dollars for this new in box.
thanks for the help guys. :)

Occasional video streaming. Like once a month and i didn't have problems with it stalling on my old router which was a walmart 30$ pos.

I've historically found NetGear to be 2nd tier and quick to fail or bug.

I got the router and it works great for my needs. No problem setting it up and even learned a thing or two.

Thanks for the help hippo.
