Let's see how much Apple really made off of this "refund."

I have a sneeky suspicion most (if not all) went over the $100 (aside from those who bought iTunes gift cards).

Personally, I spent $157.85 above the $100 store credit.

Its going to work out well for me. I am about to spend $3100 for a new iMac, but waiting for the Oct release of Leopard. Now I can apply my credit toward my computer purchase. If I wasn't going to buy this new system, I really don't know what I would of spent it on. Maybe some kind of car accessory for my iPod/iPhone.

The $100 is either going towards the purchase of Leopard or a brand new iMac with Leopard installed...either way Steve maketh the money :D

You should have a separate option for $0.

I bought 2 $50 iTunes gift cards on the Apple Online store. Came out to exactly $100.00 since no tax assessed and free shipping!

Didn't pay a single penny out of pocket...:laugh2:

Thought that would be a bit confusing, plus, in the post I wrote

"(aside from those who bought iTunes gift cards)."

Which I figured everyone would know that the full $100 was spend and nothing was paid out-of-pocket.

In addition, the first option on the poll states "$0 - 50," so there's where the people who spent $0 go.

I ordered an iPod Classic. I was planning on getting a Touch till I read about all the problems with them. I paid $288 for my 160GB Classic.

I don't mind because I would have never gotten the 160GB if it had not been for the $100 back of my own money. I would have however still bought the Touch if it were not for the problems they are having.

Just Tax!

I spent $7.70 of my own money.

I got the STM Evolution backback for my 13" Macbook ($99.95).

The refund came in very handy as I was planning the purchase regardless of the refund!

Added about $390 for an AppleTV plus two airport expresses... so Apple has me by the 'round-spherical objects' ! I'm such a glutton for this 'simplicity' stuff..
