I want to laugh, but it's so sad I can't. That girl, while, yes she was an idiot, she was trying to get an iPad for cheap. I can't blame her. I would have never purchased it without seeing it in operating condition, and even then I would probably not buy it for fear of it being stolen or eventually not working and I'm stuck with nothing.
I don't have an iPad because I cannot afford one, but I wouldn't be that stupid and desperate. I'll save for the next one and I'll get that directly from Apple.
Some people just have to learn the hard way that when something sounds to good to be true it usually is. I feel bad for her as well, hopefully they will find those scam artists, but I'm guessing they won't.
Its no more BS than the guardian or any other broadsheet - there all the same its just that tabloid stories are usually made up gossip about celeb's or pop culture, whereas broadsheet BS is usually made up businesss / current affair stuff.
This is freakin' awesome. I may take up making the first iPad app specifically designed for use by Orangutans. Don't think I will make much money though. I don't think creditors give them credit lines :-(
