after talking to sprint all day and trying to get an early upgrade out of someone I finally got someone worth talking to on the line. I told the gentleman I have been an extremely loyal customer for some time and my bill has never once been late. I explained my story and he flat out told me that I just need to add a line for the new phone and once i receive it call him directly and he will transfer it to my number. Since I already have the family plan that it would be $19.99 a month additional which works out perfectly because I am adding a line for my brother for christmas anyway. So I will have to bite the bullet for 3 months of payments till I transfer that line to my brother. I don't know if this is something a rep from a service provider is supposed to be telling customers but I sure am thankful thats for sure!
