You don't have to jailbreak to restore back to a previous version if iOS. You'll just have to have the ipsw file for the version you want installed on your computer. Then, shift-click on the "restore" button in iTunes and it should have you locate the file you want to restore to on your computer.

Sharunda I don't have any issues with my phone at all. I've gotten the lines on the keyboard like users were stating, but only like once and it didn't happen again. The video works great and the video doesn't have any sound issues during playback. Not sure what could be going on with yours.
