    I Love the iPad mini

This has been similar to my experience with Android, also. It seems to err too far on the side of multitasking with regards to its memory management. With some tweaks, it can become much better, but still leaves a little to be desired. Im definitely considering the Note 2 when I can get it for VZW

    I Love the iPad mini

Its nice to read your thoughts on the Mini, Europa. I used to frequent these forums often and your name is one of the few that seems to stand out. The Mini marks my re-entrance to iOS after more than a year of Android devices (which was preceded by 4 years of iPhone ownership). I never wanted...

OMG! Lost my iPhone 4, considering getting Samsung Infuse

When my wife first looked at my Charge she exclaimed "look at those colors!" When I first looked at her iPhone 4, I exclaimed "look at that definition!" They're both great, albeit in two entirely different ways.

OMG! Lost my iPhone 4, considering getting Samsung Infuse

I was an iPhone user since Aug 07 (almost at launch) and made the switch to the Samsung Droid Charge due to wanting to be on VZN's 4G and have unlimited. I was on AT&T before, so the only way to get both would be to get a 4G phone out of the gate. I'm pretty impressed. The phone is snappy...

    Blurry spot in Facebook app?

Hi all. I'll preface this by saying that I did try searching, but our search and Google are both over saturated by the keywords blurry, iPhone, and facebook, lol. Anyway, my wife just got an iPhone 4 from VZN. On the left side of the screen is a white blur that shows up over whatever is in that...

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

Gizmodo and cnet both vehemently disagree with you, and those were just the first two places that came up on google.

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

That "fiasco" was the exception and certainly not the rule. Go read some of the articles from that event and see for yourself why everyone thought that the leak was such a huge event (and its not because Apple is bad at keeping secrets).

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

The OP asked if we thought the iPhone 5 would be released alongside the new iOS. In response to your time machine statement, I said that I don't know when I would have to go forward to (in order to get the new iPhone) but that I did not believe that time to be concurrent with the release of iOS...

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

that would be nice, but I wouldn't know where to go forward to.... (in an effort to get us back on topic): i don't think that time is this fall coinciding with the release of iOS 5. BOOM! Back on topic.

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

lol, yes. I mean, I wasn't following WWDC that closely because I'm not interested in what all Apple is putting out just by virtue of it being them. I am, however, in the market for a phone, so that's where my (very limited) research was directed. I was cautiously optimistic, so my feelings...

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

you also wouldn't see that if you were googling things like "iPhone 4s" or "iPhone 5" because the huge fan sites are the ones that dominate those searches and they were very much being fed by the rumor mill. Even this site has a post on the 31st of May that refers to an iPhone release later this...

iOS5 + iCloud "This Fall" - Timing Woahs

There was also tons of speculation in the other direction (leaked specs, dropping price of older devices, and every article that mentioned invitations eluded to the possibility...). Then there's also the trend of seeing a new one annually. While it may not have been reasonable to "expect" an...
