iPhone 6 owner considering Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Every time I sync my phone (which is only once in a great while now) it always wants to transfer my purchase and sync the apps that I downloaded to my phone which usually amounts to a few gigs worth of stuff. My 64gb 5s was completely maxed and now my 128gb 6 has about 20 gigs free on it. I'm...

I don't even use camera import on Windows. All I have ever done was drag and drop. It's super easy for me because I keep a folder on my desktop for photos, so hooking up my phone and dragging the DCIM folder from it and dropping it into my photos folder takes literally 10 seconds. I guess I...

I think 2k is a novelty. I mean the iPhone 6 is a hair above 720 and it has one of the nicest screens I've ever seen on a phone. 1080 is PLENTY. All 2k does is require more power from the GPU that could be used for other things, like some seriously insane gaming graphics. Performance and battery...

No I haven't, but I will. Thanks for the tip. There is still the annoyance of having to use a program to do it though. I really wish we had access to all the folders and files through Finder or Explorer. It would make things soooo much easier.

    Siri and alarm clock

Mine works every time but I don't say "wake me up at xx:xx", I say "set alarm for xx:xx." I've never tried to change an alarm with Siri though.

Because I prefer to have hard copies of my backups. Same reason why I don't use Google to backup my Android phones. And I've had iTunes lock up on me through 5 different iPhones, 3 different computers, and countless versions of iOS and iTunes. There are a ton of people that have the same...

I'll likely choose the 930 over the 830. I want my first experience with WP8 to be top shelf, money really isn't an issue.

I absolutely CAN'T STAND having to use iTunes for everything. The fact that Apple insists on holding your hand through everything is absurd. Why can't I sync my music (yes, I know I can manually manage music) or do a quick backup without having to wait 2 hours for all my purchases to transfer...

I misread your previous post. If it does in fact work with AT&T's LTE then I'm going to have to give it some serious consideration. I've never owned a WP8 phone before, but love the way it looks and just want one to tinker with.

I was looking into the 930 but I gotta have my LTE. I read somewhere that AT&T is getting something similar to the 930 pretty soon, but I can't remember the model, and I can't seem to find the article anymore.

And I am certainly not trolling or deliberately trying to incite others. You stated that motorola was the laughing stock of phones, I countered it with what people in my circle think- that Apple is the laughing stock of phones. What I stated was no different than what you stated. I am just...

Notice how I followed it with "but people are idiots"? That's because everybody has their opinions and when it comes to Apple vs Android, most of those opinions are baseless and just downright idiotic. I love my iPhone and I think a lot of Android fanboys just blindly hate Apple for no reason...

I had the OnePlus One and sold it after 3 days. It is a buggy piece of junk that isn't worth a penny more than what they are charging for it. People are just too caught up in the fact that OnePlus is offering a device with those specs for such a low price that they are blinded to what it really...

I've been with Android since the beginning and I can't recall a time when Motorola was the "laughing stock of phones"... They've always had superior build quality, their radios are widely regarded as the best in the industry, and they single handedly brought Android into the mainstream with...

Because a.) it's a Nexus and b.) it's made by Motorola If ever there was a safe bet, it would be this one.

If you're new to Android I highly recommend that you stay away from Samsung phones. They are bloated, laggy messes that will leave a sour taste in your mouth. If you want a phablet, the Nexus 6 is where it's at.

This I don't disagree with, but Android is catching up FAST.

Where are these bad reviews you speak of? Pretty much every review I have read calls it the best Android phone ever made. The only complaints are the camera (which I couldn't care less about) and the battery life (which is still acceptable to me). I haven't read a single negative review, and I...

I would recommend the Nexus 6 over the iPhone in a heartbeat. Don't get me wrong, I love my iPhone 6 but that Nexus 6 is something else. If you can handle a 6" screen and aren't completely tied down to the iOS ecosystem, then it's pretty much a no brainer. I was going to order it, but decided it...
