Program to transfer single MP3s over Internet connection

I downloaded a program (I think it is paid, but had temporarily dropped its price to free) called song2email. It attaches the song you select to an email, and sends it provided you are under your provider limit. I wouldn't send more then a few at a time and probably only attempt on wifi...

Any AT&T Data Throttling Victims here?

Lawton, Oklahoma. But I also drive a bit towards Oklahoma city.

Any AT&T Data Throttling Victims here?

It seems so unfair you get to use 10 GB and are not throttled, and I'm looking at throttling at 2gb.

Any AT&T Data Throttling Victims here?

I got my "approaching 5%" warning at 1.6 GB used 21 of 31 days into the cycle.

AT&T, why are you doing this to me?

I saw this post a few months ago, and I'm now getting notices at 2.08 GB. Thanks AT&T. Sent from my iPad using iCafe app

Any AT&T Data Throttling Victims here?

If its that bad I may have to abandon unlimited data..... But I find it hard to believe that 2 GB is the top 5 percent. I guess it's mostly because non-government employers allow their iPhones to access the wifi at work? I have only 3G access at work. Sent from my iPad using iCafe app

Any AT&T Data Throttling Victims here?

I've gotten the warning once I used 2.08GB, and considering my usage history I actually used less then in prior months, so I expect to be throttled soon. What I don't know, is how bad is the throttling? Will Facebook, twitter, streaming audio, Siri, email with file attachments still work at...

    Paymesucker

No less detectable? Bummer. I was hopeful the socks stuff was not like the more modern tethering stuff and thus wouldn't be detected

    iMessage text vs WiFi

Turned out my dad had subbed to unlimited text messages, so no harm done this time. However, I wish I had a way to know for sure the recipient would not be charged for a text message before I sent them. I hate the idea of racking up someone else's bill. Also, I had been I messaging my wife...

    Paymesucker

Hi. I'm reading over twitter there is an app called Paymesucker that allows free tethering. Any truth? Can AT&T detect it?

    iMessage text vs WiFi

I was using iMessage with my father today, who happened to be in a hunting blind. In the same conversation it seemed like they were all being sent by iMessage, but some seemed to later change to text messages (and others did not). He doesn't have a messaging plan, so is there a way to force...

Giving my son iPhone 4, question about transfer.

One problem I had with iMessage was messages to both phones and even though they were on different Apple account until I turned off iMessage and turned it back on

Syncing Two iPhones with one iTunes

On a related note, when multiple family members share an iTunes account, how do they set up different FaceTime or messenger or game accounts so they can keep separate accounts there but not have to rebuy all their music and apps? I'm confused.

    ISP Limits and Slingbox

I'm understanding the same as Europa. Your router (some are combination routers and wifi zones) separates traffic for the home from the traffic for the Internet as a whole. The metering happens at the other endiif the cable or DSL, thus the streaming isn't measured by the ISP as it never...

    ISP Limits and Slingbox

If you're not sure if the device is slinging over the net, turn off the option that allows remote streaming in the setup software then try to connect. If it does I can guarantee it isn't using the Internet for streaming.

    ISP Limits and Slingbox

If it's within your house on the same wifi or wired network, the only traffic that goes over the Internet may be the locator service. Once you're streaming it's point to point within your home network, thereforee it doesn't go onto the Internet and is not counted as "usage" for your ISP. If you...
