I'm looking to reset my customized carrier logo. I used MIM and now I no longer see it installed or in cydia. Am I missing it? and more importantly, how can I get the logo back to default (a wipe isn't an option right now). TIA

All fine with Cydia here. You might check the last proggy you installed, maybe it borked things? Are you on iOS4?

I j/b my 3.1.2 3GS by downloading a j/b ispw file from Crispy(something). It worked fine, as there is no need to "roll your own". Just do a backup, restore with the downloaded Crispy file and sync. Just make sure to download the unlock version since your not on Att

Maybe I should be more specific. I wish to tether without changing data plans. I only do incidental tethering, I won't pay twice for what I already have.

Just wondering if there was a tethering solution as of yet. I really liked the tethering for 3.1.2 and would like to see that work-around repeated for 4 if possible. TIA

JB'ing isn't a problem, my 3gs has been JB'd without issue for months. If you can link to the solution your referring to (or detail the proceedure) I'll JB and give it a try before doing a restore. TIA
