I'm not sure if this topic has been discussed but I have an iPhone 4 on 4.0 firmware jailbroken & customized to my liking. No problems with the phone but I'm thinking about upgrading to 4.0.1 firmware using tinyumbrella. Is there any MAJOR improvement between 4.0 & 4.0.1?

I totally agree with this statement. Every phone has dropped calls, although I only experienced 1 since I had my phone, but everyone wants to highlight iPhones issues

This is my 2nd iPhone, 1st was a 16gb 3GS. Now I have a 32gb iPhone 4, which I bought on it's release day & I too find it hard to put this phone down for long periods of times.

You can jailbreak your iPhone, go into cydia & install an app called pdaNet. Setup a network with your laptop/desktop pc & your tethering in no time at 3G speeds :)
