Yeah it doesn't make much sense to me that the speaker absolutely cranks when videos and songs are playing but the speaker phone is barely audible at the loudest setting.

I downloaded DVD encrypter and Videora both for free and they worked great. Didn't have to change any settings or anything.

Same here. I didn't even have to touch any setting or anything. Running XP and Office 2007 and didn't have one glitch.

How else would you get the cover art there? That's how I did it and I'm noticing this problem as well. It shows up while I'm scrolling through my albums in the cover flow thing but when the song plays it just shows the musical notes... :frown:

I bought a 35 dollar leather case at the ATT store when I bought it and it came with a little plastic screen to put over the phone. I can hardly tell it's there and it protects it very well so far.
