    I think I actually got it. I deleted a couple of Voice Memos. I'll finish deleting the memos I don't want then post back and give you the results. Thanks for sticking with me.     Yes, I can highlight one or more when not "manual" but no option is available. Just tried it again, no go. And since I unchecked "manual...." all voice memos are back on iTunes and on my iPhone.

    I have a new iPhone and it won't sync photos to my computer. I use iTunes to sync my calendar and contacts, music......not my pics from computer. My iPad auto syncs through My photo stream but. I have to manually copy and paste my iPhone pics.

    Persistence is a virtue. I found Evernote 4.1.3 on my laptop, moved it to my other computer and voila, it installed on my iPod and my iPad is still good to go.

    I have found another version in the trash and have moved it into a couple of diff folders ...Mobile Apps in iTunes folder & Mobile Apps in the Music folder. But hasn't added Evernote to my iPod.
