2 iCloud accounts and one Apple ID?

How do I set up two iCloud accounts and one Apple ID? My daughter is downloading LION to the Mac and I have an MACAIR. We both will have iPhones and share an Apple ID -- however, I want my own stuff to sync and hers to hers.

Please help...

When you set up your iCloud accounts you should have the option of creating a new ID just for iCloud, which is different from your iTunes account ID. That way you can both have different accounts to sync to.
