Will they be ready for 4G Internet for when 4G Internet is out In the UK?

4G is not ready in the UK.

Possibly, yeah there are rumours but no substantial evidence that the iPhone 5 is going to be 4G. I'm from the UK, I know our networks are no where near ready to support 4G.
