It is unstable. It still is rebooting to safe mode every so often and when I really don't need it to. I keep forgetting to do it myself once a day. We'll see.If you're happy on 7.0.6, stay there. iOS 7.0.x was too unstable for me to stay put so I updated to 7.1 when it came out.
Karen's PPC Remover confirmed that PPSync was never installed on my device. I haven't found any articles about it being installed after unchecking the box. Some credible sites are reporting that the "unchecking" of the box that installs the Chinese PPSync option.....still installs the badly written software but just doesn't show it on the iDevice....

Thousands of jailbreakers and I ran the Chinese-langauge Pangu jailbreak. I don't read Chinese. The Pangu jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1 has been updated, and now runs on OS X as well as on Windows.
Additionally, it runs in English now, which may come in handy for those without knowledge of the Chinese langauge. If you prefer to run the jailbreak tool in Chinese, you may wish to learn Chinese now.
