I think if it hasn't yet been shipped, you could cancel your order. If it's been shipped, you'll likely be charged a restocking fee.

i was in the same situation this morning. I got my 4 gig refurb for 416 last week. Called them this morning and they said they would just refund the 200 to my credit card. For 216, ill keep the 4 gig and upgrade to the v2 whenever that comes out
