A genius at the Apple store told me....

My brother and I went to the Apple store yesterday in Troy, Michigan (Somerset Collection) to ask about echoing when the phone is placed in speaker phone mode. Basically he told us that there is nothing he can really do and that it may be fixed with an upcoming firmware update.

I asked (just for fun) when the update was expected and another genius chimed in that it is more than likely sometime in the next week!

I've been hearing "sometime next week" since it came out. Hopefully we will get one though, I'd rather wait a few weeks and get some good updates, instead of having rushed ones.

I hope you get your echoing problem fixed with the update.
