Tried on windows & it failed. Won't let me retry. I have a 16gb that's maybe half full. Wiping everything & all that crap doesn't seem worth it. May try on my other laptop.
Actually, now that I am done it IS worth it! :D

Seems really buggy even for the ones that are having no problems. Some get it first try without doing a thing & some are having to run in circles to get. Losing photos, blank apps, absinthe freezing, cydia freezing. Maybe a better or more stable tool will be available soon. If I get bored & have time I may try it the hard way.

Did not erase or reset.
Currently using 7.91 of 13.59
Jailbroke using a Mac and the first version of the JB
No issues and it took about 7-10 minutes.

You won't lose the information, though. You just have to apply the backup afterwards.

This is true. They are working on a redsn0w version that uses the same exploits. It will be more stable and less likely to fail.

1. Did not erase anything. 8.7 gb free out of 32.
2. Took about 12 minutes.
3. Windows PC running Vista.
4. Worked on the first try.

I am actually a bit surprised given the issues several people have had, though I'm not complaining. Will be trying the wife's 4s on her Mac when I get a chance. Hopefully it will be just as painless.

Kudos to the Dev Team!

Did not reset. Had about 10GB of data on 64 GB 4S.
Less than 10 minutes.
Absinthe GUI, file version 1.0.0.0 on PC w/XP.
Worked the first try.

No observed issues so far, save for one bout with a blank mail icon.
Hard reboot or moving icon around did not cure it. Came back after a Cydia respring.

Wow, I must be the only one without any issues!

I didn't erase anything and I only have 8gb free out of 64gb
I used my Mac
It only took about 7 minutes
And it all worked perfectly the first time!

This has actually been my first issue-free JB. All my stock apps work, all my push notifications work and everything is very smooth!

I decided not to Jailbreak. I didn't care much for my Jailbreak on the iPhone 4. I had problems with lagging issues and respringing. As the iOS keeps improving with each upgrade, jailbreaking is losing more of its appeal to me. But that is just me. I'm happy for the jailbreaking community. :)
So, JW, when are you going to jailbreak?

I always say I won't but then end up changing my mind. When I learned about all the cool things you can do with Siri and how its features are expanded, that motivated me. I JB last night and love it! I'm having lots of fun with Siri espeically. I will probably just keep things basic and not mess with themes this time around.
