I went back, and I'm happy. I figured Apple has an army of some of the best graphic artists in the world, so why mess with it.

Of course, I've kept my Britna pink and teal SMS bubbles. :)

I modded first to Lorings mountain and cloud theme, but the phone seemed to lag, so I restored it. Then Loring put out his Matrix themes and those rocked. I tried a couple different ones, settled on the third one for about a week. Then I felt it was too busy, so I just put Gunmetal Redux on, and I'm pretty happy with it. The Phone icon is a little blurry, but it looks sweet. So I've only skinned my phone 4 times, not too crazy. Right?

So right when I get around to restoring, I find a new theme to try. But there is something special about those standard system icons. Kinda like your first girlfriend. Not the best looking, but there was just something about it.

I'm still trying to figure out how to do mine, haha, All I really wanna do is change the Att carrier logo to the Att logo with the globe thingy, and change the SMS icon to a WTF icon, its funny. Its from a flash cartoon, I think its called end of the world or something, and everyone is shooting missiles at each other, and france is like Im le tired, and the kangaroos are in Australia and they are like WTF? HAha, anyway, Im sure you saw it.

feeling's mutual.

i think i was just intrigued by the whole 'hacking thing' but now i'm kinda looking to get my iPhone to it's original form...my little baby wants to go NA-CHU-RALL....

Besides, there are non-iphone people out there hacking their phones to look like the iPhone LOL

I actually like the way my homescreen looks now. I didn't really go overboard, I just took icons from various themes and integrated them into one theme that is simple and stylish.

The only thing that I'm worried about now is that the reported upcoming Apple update might ruin my creation :(

I enjoy my stock icons plus since the phone is so new and I am constantly showing people that ask I wanna keep it stock looking for them. I have just changed the carrier logo cause I don't care to see the stupid AT&T and I think red on the black screen looks cool so I changed that. All in all I probably won't mod the icons just the colors of some things and the carrier symbol.

after having to restore because of the new update today, I'm going to wait to mod again - the phone doesn't look "bad" in its original state but with the accomplishments from modmyiPhone everyday i think i might wait another month to see what happens to these new skins they have coming

I just changed the carrier logo and the slide to unlock picture and I like everything else stock. I think it would be cool to change the icons but I know that i'll want the old ones back within hours.
