I had the same problem. I had to restore, then I rejailbroke (wd?), and was able to get Cydia to behave. You might try it.a reboot did not fix it I tried jail breaking again but couldn't because it said device is already jailbreaked. Anyone help here?
I agree with Michael here. Sometimes a jailbreak may not go smoothly, causing Cydia to not work properly.
