Have you tried deleting the iCloud account in Settings > Mail, Contact, Calandars on all of your iDevices and then adding it back in? Make sure Push is turned on after you add it back in.

I fixed it. I had added a line in my Junk mail folder that was deleting everything from the mail server. Man, what a mess. It appears now that all of my devices are working properly.
