Is there any programmes i can download so i can transfer files pics and music that does not use iTunes or anything over the internet.

Manzana does it, but it is not user friendly as far as locating specific music and picture files. But the files are there and you just need to connect your phone to your computer via usb, no internet required...

where can i download this program? is just what i need, because iTunes wont let me sync my iPhone...
