Any Windows Users want to take a stab at writing DVD to iPhone overview

There must be 10 or so threads each day to discuss the various ways of converting DVD's to iPhone. These occur in basically all of the forums. Going forward, it would be great to have one OFFICIAL thread for Windows PC users and one for Mac users. Right now, we do have the Tutorial, but that's limited to Handbrake.

I think it would be great to have a comprehensive overview of tools available and needed for this process. Then we can merge all future topics and discussions in the right category.

DVD FILE CONVERSION FOR iPOD & iPHONE

I use PQDVD conversion software that I purchased and downloaded from a third party internet reseller. The program works great. All you do is, download the software (about 30 bucks), pop in your dvd, convert the dvd, then drag the converted file to the movie library in iTunes and you are ready to sync to the iPhone or iPod. I can't remember which software reseller I bought it from. You can Google PQDVD and it will come up for sale by many merchants. Great Program, I highly suggest it. Oh, almost forgot, it also gives you a choice which size screen you will be using the converted file on. I converted most of my movies for use on my 80 GB iPod. They also show crystal clear on my much larger iPhone screen. Hope that helps...M
