I know I say this all the time, but Apple customer service is exceptional. They really set the bar. I purchased three silicone cases yesterday at an Apple Store, but today I decided I only want to keep one of them because I prefer the leather. The Apple Store is two hours away and I won't be going back before the return period is over, so I just called to see if I could ship two of the cases back to them. They are going to send me a prepaid shipping label for either UPS or FedEx and then they'll refund the card after they receive them. I wasn't expecting shipping to be free.
