Anyone use Applesauce polish on their iPhone?

If you want, why not just do this.... http://www.macrumors.com/iPhone/2007/07/23/iphone-with-brushed-metal-trim/ I finally got the balls to do it and it looks fantastic, much better than the chrome.
1st off...what is the Applesauce polish? Literally using Applesauce to polish the chrome?
2nd...whered you get the Scotch Brite Sponge? Can you post some pictures of yours as well?

The Applesauce polish is just a polish that is named Applesauce as it's made for iPods etc. Here's a link.... http://www.applesaucepolish.com/
Ok, I might make a new thread about this...but I did the "scratch your iPhone more" trick to buff out the scratches and make a mettalic edge instead of the lame chrome.
Im not joking, it looks AWESOME! I'll post some pics if anybody is interested, but seriously, if you don't like the stock "bling" and finger smudges and scratches, you should do this.
It only takes 20 minutes tops, I spent $7 at Target and my iPhone looks a million times better. It isn't scratched at all anymore and looks way classier.
I don't know how else to put it, but if you are as furious with the scratches as I was, you should give it a try, its scary at first, but SO worth it!

I did it and it looks just like the picture. i love the new look absolutely 100% no regrets BUT...

Can anyone else post pics please, the ones on macrumors aren't convincing me.. im aggravated bc of the scratches on my steel trim and I'm thinking about doing this..
