App to block certain numbers

I think a great app would be one that allowed one to enter certain numbers that would then not even ring! Opinions?

Search for silent ringtone in the forums. chris, founding father of this site, posted one some time ago.
Download, sync to iTunes. You then make that ringtone the default one for numbers you don't want to hear

It's been available in Cydia for jailbroken iPhones for years, but Apple won't approve it for their App Store.
