Apple giving $200 credit?

My grandmother said she heard on the news this morning that Apple is giving a $200 credit (instead of $100) to all of the early adopters. I havn't heard this, and considering that it came from my grandmother, it's probably not true. Has anyone heard this?

Maybe Apple is taking until next week to make an announcement because they are thinking about giving us more than $100?
