"Apple wouldn't even answer questions for Forbes"

"It would seem advantageous for Apple to play nice with Forbes. After all, the movers and shakers have a lot of money to buy high end devices like the iPhone. This is a curious position for Apple to take. Why or what is Apple afraid of? This is a fear based position for Apple to take. "

I hate stuff like this. I mean has Apple talked with anyone? Does Forbes really think they are that special. Journalists are self righteous and feel that everyone should talk to them about anything because they work for such big mucky muck media outlet. Blah.... Apple is getting 100s of millions of dollars of FREE publicity right now. Why would they take time to speak to such a comparatively small publication as Forbes? Spin, Spin, Spin. grrrr.....

Apple doesn't need to talk to Forbes. And they are just a bunch of arrogant jerks anyhow, not exactly their key demographic. :) They prefer the Mac Freaks like us.

Sheesh......touchy aren't we?... all the anger? Why take it personally? it was simply posted as a counterpoint and to give us more to read leading up to the launch.

I would bet a big stack of money that if Forbes is wrong (and they probably are) you would be the first to use that as an example.

Chill out it's only a phone..............

Relax and you'll be happier. It's only an article written by one person whom you seemed to have turned all your power over to.

Remember: It doesn't mean anything.... until you assign it a value...... think about it. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery....:laugh2:

I tend to agree, being in the finance industry I CANNOT stand Forbes magazine. As another user said Apple will always be tight lipped. They have little to gain by disclosing new details to Forbes.

Another thought, does anyone think journalists like Walt Mossberg from WSJ were told by Apple not to release his review until June 29 or even latter just for the sake of unofficially announcing new features? This would not surprise me.
