Applications' updates on App Store

Wondering how the App Store is not showing same contents whether accessed through computer or iPhone itself? If I access my iPhone's App Store I will see application update other than what can I see if I access it through my computer! Currently I have seven updates in my iPhone whereas in my computer is showing me only five but actually four! Any body can help here?

Is it possible that the apps that are not showing up on the computer as having an update haven't been synced yet?
App1 was installed on the phone but not synced to computer. Update is pushed out... You will see it on your phone but not the computer until you sync all the apps.

Ok, but how come there is an update for application that is appearing on the computer but not on my iPhone?!

Do you still have the app on your phone? Could be the opposite of what I mentioned earlier?
Remove app from phone but haven't synced, it should still be in iTunes.
Other than that, I am not sure. Just guessing.

This is because the application on the computer is an older version than on the iPhone. iTunes requires you to manually update your apps just like the iPhone does.

Under normal circumstances, it's because either you've already updated it on your iPhone, or the app is not on your iPhone in the first place.

Barring that, there could be some inconsistency in the app store. Every once in a while, a dev will pull an app's update shortly after making it available because of an unforeseen issue.

Still I have the application on my iPhone and it is not up to date! For example (Data Usage) application what on my iPhone is version 4.0 but what I saw through computer App Store is version 4.1. Also have saw that there is an update for (whatsApp) but same not on my iPhone store! On the other hand, I saw updates for other applications on both.

Does this something to do with store location for example these updates available on certain stores for some of countries only at this time?

Recently I have changed my store's country is this the reason?! Also, I am trying to find the mentioned applications under my iPhone store but couldn't but I found another application in my store that the update available for it.

Have proved that by changing my country to the previous one and I have got all the updates.

I don't think this is fair and practical to miss the updates of what I have bought because I have changed my App Store country! The updates should be avilable to however bought the applications regardless under which Store currently he is.
I don't believe in discrimination between the countries that Apple is apply.
There should be one Store to all who own iPhone!

Everyone does the same thing. Playstation, Xbox live, and other devices ask you for your country. If not, Americans would see unwanted Japanese apps, Japanese would see European Apps.
