have used colorware before for my iPod. They do great work! Didn't know they were going to do the iPhone, though it doesn't surprise me. I will probably get it done in a few months once I've scratched up the phone a bit.

If I wasn't so dependant on my Belkin Case I would get that done. I can't see covering a $150 custom paint job with a Belkin Case.

Now that an idea, Custom Air Brushed Designs (note: need to learn to air brush or draw, lol).

one thing against it is that it is not reversible. I once had a shop done a complete overlay on my previous phone and that look perfect too, not to mention the overlay can be peeled off when you are sick and tired of the design or color.

Kind of stinks you have to send it in, then again, there's always my back up phones. I will definitely do this once the warranty expires, a much better alternative than the black casing in the other thread.

Whoa, i would do this in i a second if it didn't cost $150. Actually after I designed mine it came to $189. If it was like $79 bucks I would think it was worth it. $150 is a little steep though. But I would be able to get my coveted yellow iPhone that way. Be cheaper to wait for a yellow inCase or something I think.

Hmm, I wonder when Apple will start offering custom engraving like they do for the iPod.

Um, I reeeeelly like the yellow near the bottom of the page. Yellow and black cannot be beat in my eyes. $150 is dead ridiculous but so is the $599 we tossed in for this thing in the first place, so they are certainly playing to the right market here.

Breathe deep and the desire will pass...

I want better earphones more.

Anyone actually get this done? I'd like to hear what you think of the job they did.
