AT&T/Apple lock in. 4 how long?

AT&T has the exclusive on the iPhone, but for how long. I think I read 5 years somewhere. Is that true? Anyone have additional details they've read and has there been any official announcement from either Apple or AT&T?

Found out myself, right here It's under, 'FAQ' the 1st 18 ones. I think the 10th one. Not until 2010. I can wait. Hopefully there'll b a removable battery by then. Until then I'm counting on u iPhone zombies to keep me in the real world know.
