What are those strange things with the numbers and letters under the screen on the right hand phone. Looks as archiac as rotary phones.

Just remember everyone, the iPhone sucks... Windows Mobile 5 is the ultimate OS. :D

I've been shopping for a Newton on eBay just to have one to play with. I've never used one or even seen one in real life. I hear they were quite the rage and there are lots of users out there still. It would be so funny to whip one out in a meeting.

your 'point' would have been a little more effective if you put the iPhone in portrait mode and went to a website with a little more graphics to emphasize the "real internet" difference like ESPN.

but the point is well made, every phone just seems so archaic compared to the iPhone. i saw a buddy's new blackberry yesterday. this time last year i'd probably be drooling over it, but after playing with the plastic keyboard and surfing with the WAP internet, i thought "how quaint".

Actually, the point was to show how the Q can't even display the most rudimentary website. If it can't display Google nicely, it certainly couldn't do something like Cnet or CNN.

Yeah, but those other phones can do sooo much more than that overpriced iPhone... Devil's advocate you know!

I can hardly believe people are still defending these antique relics that will soon be overshadowed in every way by products like the iPhone... Then what will "they" say? I would be embarrassed to defend them. It's game over for those other phones. They either adapt and come up with something that is good and useful like the iPhone or they can just fade into the history books.

I am convinced many of these interesting opposing views are coming from people that work for those other phone makers, or even competing wireless carriers. FUD is their friend.
