Where is the button to allow one to backup when connected to power?

Settings > iCloud > Storage and Backup > iCloud Backup > On

After the initial backup, it will automatically backup every twenty four hours when connected to a power source. You can manually back it up any time by pressing Back Up Now in the iCloud settings.

I found it. Under settings:
Select iCloud
Select backup
Select back up now
