Black home screen and no wallpaper at all

Dear iPhone users

I am not receiving any wallpaper on my home screen. It's all black. However, when I open up my group menu I can see the wallpaper but other wise its all black.

Can you please guide me with this problem.

2nd thing is I got 4.3.3 updated on my phone without loosing out on my contacts but then I am facing some small issues with the phone like slow processing, screen blac out after calls etc. I was thinking to update the 5.0. Please advice whether should I get the back up of my data or not. I don't want any bugs around on my jb phone.

Always Backup/Sync before you try upgrading firmware....the fact your jailbroken...suggests you have installed something from Cydia thats causing this....something like vWallpaper will give you a black wallpaper after you uninstall it, because people forget to uninstall Skrewcommon as well as vWallpaper

Well I did install vWallpaper on my phone and then i removed it, but how will I uninstall skrewcommon?
Also this Cel data network tab keeps disappearing very frequently.

Either reinstall vWallpaper and remove all wallpapers whilst it's installed or restore through iTunes and set the phone up as new.

Find skrewcommon in Cydia, press modify(top right) and remove.
